We have two Can am RT Spiders, the service dept. was knowable, and explained the service in detail, the service was fast. The parts dept. was very helpful.

I drove from Naples TX. I was seeking some RC cars for X-Mas I had talked to Rudy on the telephone about the cars. He was very helpful about the cars. When I got there he was very eager to help me out. After looking at the cars that we talked about I ended up buying 3 RC CARS 3 extra batteries and a new charger. I will be back to deal there on my next purchase.

I brought my Seadoo into Broadway Powersports at a friend's recommendation. I had it sold, needed a quick in/out repair in order to not lose the sale. I explained the situation to Trey Whiteside, Service Manager, and Trey responded with extremely fast service, getting me in and out, and saving my sale. Service staff were all very pleasant and eager to help. Would highly recommend!

Best dealership in East Texas, no other dealership can compete with Broadway Powersports. The sales guys will never miss a deal on a price and have the best service during and after the sale. The parts department will go out of there way to make sure you get the parts you need, and when it comes to the service department they are on top of there game. Keep it up y'all are the best.

We drove 4 hours from Mena, Arkansas to buy a Kawasaki Mule 4010 Trans 4x4 because of the great price and our salesperson (Jonathon) was so courteous and knowledgeable concerning our needs and timetable to purchase this UTV. From the sales staff to the "closing", we were treated with respect and "down home country charm" we appreciated and expected from a top-notch staff at Broadway Powersports. Im am so proud and excited to tell you about my experience with Broadway Power sports. First of all my wife and I are new to the ATV world, they didnt take advantage of that but they educated us on power and the difference between a side by side and an ATVS. After being educated, I decided to go with the Polaris Sportsman 570 for me and a 570 for my wife. I want to thank God and Broadway power sports for making our 23 year anniversary such a great one. I had an awesome overall buying experience. My friend told me about BPS having a brown Honda Navi. I sent an email and was contacted first thing next morning by Clayton. I put down a deposit and showed up 3 days later and it was right by Claytons desk like he said paperwork ready to go. I have been getting service annually on my Polaris Ranger at Broadway Powersports. They have done a very good job each year of maintenance and a few repairs, and they have been a pleasure to deal with.

On this last visit, I ran into trouble while loading my Ranger on my trailer. The winch had sucked the protective rubber donut back onto the hook, so that I couldn't use it to tie down the front of my Ranger. When I went back into Service and told them of my problem, a very nice young man named Clayton, volunteered to come help. As a 78 year old with arthritis in my hands, I was especially appreciative of his assistance. It took some work, but he was able to get the donut cut off, and then he helped me finish the tie-down. My compliments to Broadway Powersports on employing such a fine young man!

I also have had occasion to buy a few items in the Parts Dept. now and then, and the folks there have been helpful and pleasant every time. Keep up the good work!
